Long Lost World

Salam and hi!

I was looking for images to be used for my works. Then I came across great images that caught my eyes and mind. Tetiba, teringat pulak zaman berfotografi. Family and closed friends, they know how much I love photography. My first digital camera was Olympus (can't remember the model). It's a compact camera. That was a gift for my PMR results from my parents.

I was so excited! And I get to know about Photoshop. CS lagi masa tu. Then masuk matriks, join geng media KMK. Got so much knowledge and valuable experience :)

In UTeM, I was appointed as Secretary of Media & Photography Club UTeM tehee. But, technically I was not active la. I just did formal jobs like preparing paperworks etc. That time onward, dah mula tak aktif :(

Until now.

None of the captured image was uploaded online. Banyak collection, just malas nak publish.

Ah, good old time :)

Err.. Hello World?

Assalamualaikum and hi!

Someone reminded me about my blog and here I am, starring at the screen and wondering where is my passion of sharing the stories and thoughts to everyone?

So..

My last blog post was about lepak-ing in the library and watching my favorite Korean show. And now, I am in my workstation. Just completed my first assigned project as a software engineer. Yeap. I guess it'd be great if I could record every life events in my blog for future days.

I stayed home, freely like a bird for a month. I slept at 2 a.m. and woke up at 10 a.m. tehee. Whenever I want to chew something, I just head to kitchen and pick anything that I want to eat. Without any concern of running out of food, just like back in my university life hehe.

But the routines did not give so much happiness. I felt so free that I started to worry about my future.

I used to live in a busy life where my day starts at 6 a.m. and ends at the witching hour (I did not care about hantu or anything, I just wanted to complete my works). I remember taking short nap at 4 a.m. in my car at the library parking space, good old days guys.

I miss my student life. I miss my faculty, my university.

*literally holding back tears*

But life goes on :)

So back to home routines. I was officially a jobless graduate. My parents, they seemed not worry about their daughter live freely in home hehe. They're just okay. They did not give pressure for me to seek for a job, yet. As I am the only child left in home so I wanted to spend my time with my parents. I have been away for 5 years ( resided in Kedah & Malacca) for my matriculation and degree study. But at the same time, I wanted to start creating my future.

I started applying for jobs through emails and JobStreet.com. From the engineer positions to drama translator. But nah! No offer received haha okay then I started to think about pursuing master next year.

And then, I got a call for interview. I went for it and was offered to the position in the same day. Alhamdulillah :) It's been two weeks working.

I'm thinking to initiate a business, for my side-income and life-exploration. Let see how :)

Till then, people :)

Hello World (again!)

Assalamualaikum and greetings!

Hurmm.. it's been a whole semester without blogging anything?
Last time I blogged about finishing my industrial training, now currently I have just seated my last examination for degree. How time flies :)

There were so so many events throughout my 8th semester in UTeM. Bitter sweet memories, guys. Obviously, the busy-ness lah. Reached faculty at 8 a.m. and left for home at 6 p.m. EVERYDAY.

And noowww.. I'm free like a bird. Just lepak-ing in UTeM's library to download episodes of my apparent favourite leisure Korean show, Return of Superman. Truth is I don't really into all these reality shows. But, this one is an exception. Observing their parenting style, awesomeee.

Urm.. It is less than 10 days from Ramadhan ends, but I'm still in Melaka?? Yes because I have to attend my Short Semester classes on Tuesday and Thursday hehehe.

My current view :D

Oh yeap we got new family members

Kakak ayang can't wait to be hommmeeeee :))

Team, We're Set To Go!

Salam and hi!

Reached my kampung yesterday’s night and enjoying every seconds in home. Nice to wake up on my bed, stepped to corridor and breathing fresh air with good sensual kampong odour.
Today might be the last day I will not think about my on-going final year project. I’ve not known the true meaning of semester break since second year. In the second year, we have implemented Engineering Practice, in third year, it was Industrial Training (haven’t blogged about this!) and now, yeah it is all about Final Year Project!

My former workplace. 'Worked' as a Test Officer uhuk.

Talking about this hectic life, 2015 has been a very busy year which has taught me many lessons of life.

One of them ; TEAM WORK/SPIRIT

If you’re in engineering field, there are plenty of assigned task which require you to work in TEAM! Yup.. just like the other courses. The difference is, when working in team, you must be REALLY WORKING IN TEAM.

Because?

Man, the assigned tasks were not mainly about research, finding contents from books/journals and prepare a report. It includes brains storming, drafting, constructive plan, details on technical stuffs, calculation and preparing a proper technical report and presentation.

Alhamdulillah, my group mates were all great!

We had good discussions, very relaxing and informal. Cuma kadang-kadang ada la sikit scene emo emo. Hehe well perempuan kan.

When working in a team, one thing, always be responsive. Able to work independently but still a good team player. During these 3 years and half of undergoing my degree, I have learnt that always be there for my team. Never leave the squad. Once you’re set in the battle, you must die or live together with your squad members. Never be backed out. It’s not only about getting the task to be completed, but all members must be benefited and learn something from it.

For me, that is the main thing ; LEARNING.

Another is always never shy or afraid to ask for help whenever you need it. I have so many genius friends and very helpful. I’m very grateful as they have helped us whenever we need the help. Alhamdulillah J

Serious discussion, man.

Till then, good people!

2015 Highlights

Salam and hi!

What.are.you.posting,Iylia? It's already 14th day in 2016 and you're only about to post the highlights of the previous year?

Teheee

2015 has been a ummmm quite good year for me.

In this year ;

  • Being a final year student of Bachelor in Electronics Engineering (Computer Engineering), UTeM
  • My only sister married to her dream man.
  • Implemented industrial training in SIRIM Berhad
  • My BFF, Nina graduated her degree in Geology, UKM

There a lot more good things happened in 2015, which will not be enough space to be listed here hehe. Yes a lot of issues too, but I choose to cheer the good moments only!

Rindu la budak berdua ni. Tunggu kakak Ayang balik Penang okay?
